Besides the greatness I must say when rounding the bases I always touch the inner part of the base with my right food instead of my left.
But maybe that's just me and I'm really nitpicking now

Did they (Twins) or did they not wear the 50 year logo last year? Is there a reason they are wearing it again in 11? wouldnt it be 51 years this season?

I was always taught to round the base by hitting the inside corner with my left foot like the video. If you hit it with your left foot as you cross your right over, you can keep more of your momentum going towards the next base. By hitting it with your right (unless you took a huge turn) your momentum is going more towards the right of the next base and you have to spend more time and energy correcting yourself.

First I've heard that. I was always taught inside right foot as thats more natural and when using LF you are actually technically making it a longer distance. IMO there no way you get better momentum using LF.

Re: MLB 11 The Show Video: Gameplay Footage From Community Event

See, I think of it as making it a longer distance with your right foot because your momentum carries you further away from the base you are going to next. If I hit the base with my right foot, my next step with my left foot will be farther to my right than my next step with my right would be if I hit it with my left. (Now you can't tell me that didn't make perfect sense!) My momentum would take longer to correct in the former than the latter.
