my bad ryan

I have one gripe about rtp. It is producing things that will not happen

For example i have seen artest drive the lane a couple times and dunk hard on people. I think the is happening becasue rtp takes in account weight and strength. Correct me if im wrong. And i know artest strength and weight is high but that is just not artest game and i think thats were dna should kick in and be a bigger factor and tell artest(the a.i.) that he should not drive to the lane and dunk on people.

Plus i dont think he is that athletic lol but thats where ratings need to be changed

R test is definatly stronger then a couple players on the court probably stronger then Kevin G from seeing his weight lifting regiment on Youtube but he shouldn't be dunking on him

Also on free throws i have been messing with the stick to see how drastically you can miss or be off and there are times when the ball does not hit the rim but the play goes on

I believe that should result in a dead ball. Re is there any way this can be fixed or patched in?

There are many things in this demo that amaze me, but this stands out:

How is it possible that the rocket dunks were patched last year, yet they are in the game AGAIN this year and have to be adjusted AGAIN because people are complaining about it.

Same for the verticals. People are complaining about this time and time again. Why is this not fixed? This can't be time demanding.

Bad and lack of animations are in the game AGAIN and worse than ever. Even though the whole department focused on controls, I can't understand that animations actually got worse because of that.

AI is worse than ever (the AI is doing no look layups in an open lane, how is this possible in 2010?)

Graphics took a huge step back (that's maybe the least of our concerns).

Game speed: seriously, people were already pointing this out when the first short videos of Elite appeared. How on earth don't the devs realize that the game pace should be lowered?

I think Ea did a good job on this one, I like the controls. The passing will take some time to get used to, but I will buy Both this year.

Well after 2 days of excessive play i think i'm done with the demo and unfortunately with the full game, too i believe.

It's just you feel somethings missing badly and you just can't replace those things only with controls which i loved.

I really appreciate devs and this game has definitely an immense potential but not quite there where it should have been in late 2010.

So i was really hyped and at first i really liked what i sense especially in the hangar with 1 player but then the gameplay restrictions put you off. 5vs5 is not there.

I don't know that's my opinion as of now.

yeah there is definetly some weird shot selections going on by the AI...

I'd prefer they just attempt to the dunk the ball that way it takes away half those ugly layup animations.

Not sure about Rocket dunks it's something we've seen for like 3 years now out of the box.

But i think they said it's going to be patched later.....gamespeed slider is badly needed not sure how EA forgot to include a gamespeed slider. I wonder if that can be added with a patch
