I am very interested to see how lead passing is handled using their 'sim' sliders. Lead passing has been way over powered since 2k8.

Do you know if they can only be done with the right stick, or can they be done with the button?
That was the first thing I tried out. I was so happy to see that you are able to pull of the the momentum shots with the button

Agreed, you could zip back a guy 10 feet who was running in the opposite direction. Looked terrible.

From what I can see the players have more wieght and momentum to them (they seem to have to gather more before stopping or changing direction), so hopefully that helps balance it a bit.

Couldn't be much happier reading this..Thanks man. Jumpshooting might actually be fun this year! Might just pre-order this now. Surprised 2k isn't pushing this a little more as far as marketing. I know alot of people who really wanted this in 2k11.

I liked everything except a bit of mario running at the begining with Chandler and the Layup high off the backboard by Chalmers at the end.

The dribbling sequence by LBJ to avoid the swarming D was nice.

Oh and there is a total new way of double teaming in the game. You can select the player who comes for help. I didnt know what I could do next (there was a new icon over the players) - so i guess more options with that.

Video 8 should be up in a minute - I really have to go to sleep now

Yeah that was one area where people that played Live had a tough time describing what it was. http://www.2ksports.com/forums/showthread.php?t=261113

funny thread of people trying to explain it

Re: NBA 2K11 Video: From the Demo at Gamescom

This game looks amazing to me all things considered. I love the new shots for Wade, Bosh, Haslem, Lebron and Dirk... All the faces look really cleaned up along with the body types, momentum shots are lovely, foot planting is apparent and the computer AI even on that default level seems more intelligent. The more I see, the better it looks. I can see myself speeding up the game a touch but that's about it(besides sim/HOF of course).

I could be partial because I'm a Heat fan too...lol
