didn't mean to confuse you. there is NOT a second live tuner out there. i was just slow in downloading the first one.

I wonder why it had me download it twice? (last week and after dload 2nd patch) That makes me nervous now that I have to be logged on to have the LTP go into affect.

Yes there is a 2nd tuner that was released shortly (minutes) after the 2nd patch.

I downloaded the patch last night when prompted for an update, but it made no mention of tuner sets (I didn't download it last week when it came out). Is patch #2 and the latest tuner set wrapped up into one download or am I missing something here?

I have to jump through a lot of hoops and rearrange a lot of equipment to go on-line to XBox Live, so I don't do it very often, otherwise I'd check again myself.

I'm pretty sure they're two separate downloads. You need to have Online Pass enabled to get the tuner, but not for the patch. If you bought the game used or are renting, it costs $10 for an Online Pass code. If you bought new, the code should be on the manual.

Does the patch automatically apply to dynasties or do u have to start a new one so play with the changes?
