It's used in our SIM logic some and helps CPU QB's choose who they are going to throw too. I'll double check if there is anything else but that is pretty much it.

Yes. I can report in the offseason in year one the non-freshmen went up anywhere from 1-5. Unless those guys go up 5 every year though, they still are horrible by the end of their career.

Also still seeing a lot of teams with 6 or more QBs on the roster. And a ton with 5.

Most I saw was North Texas who had 8, only one of them is above 55 OVR so I don't even see what the point of having 7 QBs rated 48-55 is.

The prestige logic may be flawed, but it could easily be argued that Notre Dame has severely dropped in prestige in real life. Aside from Brady Quinn's big year when Reggie Bush pushed Matt Leinart over the goal line to beat ND, the Irish have been largely irrelevant in the national title hunt for a recruit's entire lifetime.
