I only use the shot stick for layups, and only recently started doing even that. Shooting with the button is embedded in me, from SNES days, what can I say it's too hard to change after all these years.

It does take a little practice to get use to it. But with the shot stick the best part to me is that you can choose which hand to finish with.

This is why I like Backbreaker. I been playing games sense the Intelivision and I'ts not just easy for me to get used to new controls its required so the artform stays fresh. Learning to pass in Backbreaker was fun. There was no adjustment period at all with the shot stick. I wanted to select my layups and didnt want to use two buttons to score. Thats all it took. I wanted to do it and it was done.

5 keys to passing

Know your team, know your patterns, know your reads, know your check downs which should include throw aways and runs, and if the QB isnt that good dont try to put touch on the pass. Push the right stick up and leave it.

Its great when you get it. If only the CPU could move the ball.

I think thats a little too much...lol If I wanted to play Quarterback like that. I would just...go outside...lol
