Enjoying the sounds of this game too. Seem well improved. Some sick tackling animations.

Good to hear the impressions. Can't wait to download it. However, this is JUST a demo from a MUCH earlier build. The actual game will BLOW this out of the water!

I love the new block system, linemen are actually going to be useful and important to recruit.

yeah its definitely not all that 09 "Wide Open Gameplay" BS..where your DTs get chop blocked and flipped no matter what

still I would like the pressure to be a little more nasty.....with sliders that work, Im sure this wouldn't be a problem

And one f the best things,is I haven't had one instance of the CPU running a failed Screen leading to an easy sack

Re: NCAA Football 11 Demo Available Now, Post Your Impressions Here

I just played Miami @ Ohio State. On All-American. I was Miami. I was losing 14-0 late in the 4th. I finally hit a short pass for a long gain and scored. A.I. defense made a bad attempt at a tackle and I broke free for the score, looked great. I then tried the onside kick, camera angle looked cool. Unsuccessful but held them and forced the punt, used up all my time outs. Got the ball back with 1:22 left and had a very nice and exciting drive to tie the game with 10 seconds left 14-14. OS got the ball first in OT and scored a TD. It was 4th and 10 for me when I got my chance and I threw a pick to seal the win for OS. Even though I lost the game , it felt great. Everything that was happening on the field felt very good.

Loved the new controls, they feel pretty natural.

At times the game felt a bit choppy but I'm not concerned about that because it is just a Demo.

Very pleased with what I'm seeing from this Demo, can't wait to try the full game.

I think there's a fine line between defensive frustration of lack of pressure, and realistic frequency of pressure.

QB sacks don't actually happen that often. The best teams might get three or four a game, and that's with 15 minute quarters.

A good team with good pass rushers versus an average to poor line will yield positive results.

It's almost like playing a three inning demo on MLB The Show and saying there aren't enough home runs hit.
