For what they had (Xbox & PS2) you can tell that they worked hard on their craft and wanted to give us the best college experience that they could. I feel like whoever's developing the game now only cares about the bottom line....Money!!! All those bull**** video blogs that they give us telling us that this, that, and the other is new are crazy.... They need to have their heads examined. The Old Gen games had everything you could think of except the graphics. All they had to do is perfect the look and leave everything else in!!!!

Not to be the spoil sport here but I think it's funny you guys are calling up the old games. I remember the threads in these forums trashing those games and people having tons of issues with them just like they do the current games. I'll bet if you could pull up this forum from 2004 you'd find just as much nitpicking, anger, criticism and absolute dissatisfaction with the game that you do now.

I think what it is here is that the current crop of games has no competition and honestly I do feel they've gotten worse, no question. I'm just pointing out that I find it ironic that we look back at those games as the "glory years".

Kinda makes you wonder if EA keeps lowering the bar and their football games keep getting worse if in 2016 we will look back on NCAA 10 with great nostalgia and people will be making posts about how they wish they could just go back to NCAA 10? Pretty scary huh??

As far as I'm concerned I just joined this forum and I honestly liked the old versions a lot!! I'm not a techy or some programming genius I just know football! From experience playing (college) to watching! I love the game and I want the best representation of what the sport is and who the players that play the sport are! My expectations were high when next gen came out and I ended up getting games with good graphics and bad game play.... How come all of these other titles from other genres do so well (Call of Duty etc)? I think the developers care about their game and the people playing them. I just think EA's not too concerned cause their the only game on the block. We shouldn't have to wait until they get some competition in order to step their game up.... I don't think you or anybody else should be complacent when it comes getting what you deserve!!!

This game looks just as stupid as last years. Forget EA,I cant wait for them to get their heads right. I'll stick with Backbreaker. That new commercial for BB looked sick.
