One thing I'm holding my breath about is :

1. I know we have customized teams/players
2. I know we have online play

But the real question for me is:

3. Wil we have online play that will allow customized teams/players??

The DS Tecmo Bowl game let you take your custom teams online.

I don't see any reason why this version wouldn't.

The problem it creates, though, is that you get matchups were one custom team has a HUGE advantage over the other team because of higher player ratings.

I hope they keep the player ratings locked in this time and allow you to customize only the team/player names.

'Cause when you let people mess with their team's ratings, you get a lot of lop-sided online matches.

Yeah I had a replica Vanderbilt team I used in the DS Tecmo Bowl, but I would always get creamed when I took them online because most guys would just use Tecmo Joe as their half back and he was unstoppable unless all your defenders had their abilities maxed out.

Tecmo Bowl, why not? it was good back in the early days... it'll be fun online until the cheesers kick in
