I don't see why there isn't a salary cap. What is so hard about having a salary cap offline and not translating it to online?

I love how EA can implement a sweet idea like online franchise, but then totally screw it up by not implementing a cap!!

Didn't they get our message when we said salary cap needed to be fixed, because teams had NEARLY UNLIMITED FUNDS....now they do have UNLIMITED FUNDS...because there is no cap...

So it actually got worse...nice job EA....

or you could:
1. join an online franchise where you know people won't take advantage of the system
2. have a reliable commish who won't allow ridiculous trades. they've already said you can set it up so the commissioner has to approve all signings and trades.

but why give people the opportunity to take advantage? I like that the commish approves trades but as far as the cap that is standard stuff.

Perhaps you should get become a Computer Programmer so you will know how hard something like this is. Seriously people, I know it sucks, but quit acting like the sky is Falling. If you have a good Commish, you will not see any Salary cap problems until at least Year 2 and by the time you have played a full season, I would be willing to bet that It is patched into the game.
