Animation looks good but the qb movement still appears very similar to last year without much improvement.

The biggest thing for a QB when scrambling in APF2K8 is getting your shoulders set. The QB is going to throw better when running at a consistent speed, not when they are accelerating, decelerating, or making a cut/turn, because their shoulders typically aren't as square. It's a pretty amazing system for determining a quarterback's throwing accuracy.

I don't think it will. What cheesers do right now in Madden is roll out the pocket, set their shoulders, and throw passes with Tom Brady like accuracy.

Of course, nothing would be wrong with this if they couldn't virtually do it at will. The bottom line is that as long as the QB turn, move, and sprint faster than the DE gets off his animations.......roll and chuck will live to see another day.

Right, because what QB on the planet can throw at top speed ? No one in the world can throw with a good degree of accuracy or distance while they are sprinting(accelerating). Your feet have to be set to get some mustard on the ball. Any pass over 20 yards while running is going to be a duck, even for peyton manning.

2K has it right. You can sprint to a spot but to throw with accuracy you have to set your feet. Stabler/Cunningham/Elway and a few others can make throws while you are rolling out with accuracy but they also lose distance on how far they can throw.
