I'm in the same boat Dr. Can you post or PM me the sliders you are using? thanks

Assuming I haven't played past that point yet, should my franchise be OK post patch?
It's the first 4 day series with the Padres, April 6-9 that they added the game. The crash has been happening for most people in late April, early May, but I've seen some crash in June as well. What I would recommend is simming the season without saving, and see if you can make it through without a crash. I'd also recommend making more than one save file, because sometimes you are able to sim past the crash date if you go to another teams schedule. I was only a week into my franchise, so I just started over instead of having to worry about it.

I'm using Knight's v1 roster for a franchise that I started pre-patch and I just started experiencing an issue. I'm now at May 6th and it seems as if some lineups are all out of whack now. I started noticing the problem this morning when I played the game on May 4th against the Mets. The biggest problem with their line up was that Delgado was batting 2nd. The next game he was batting 2nd as well. I didn't really think too much of it until I went to play my May 6th game against the Marlins. Their line up featured Uggla leading off. I'm guessing their normal lead off guy should've been Bonifacio, but he was fully rested and ridding the pine.

There may be nothing to this.. it's just strange that all of a sudden I start seeing lineups that make no sense. I'm not really all that picky with the other teams lineups, but it does take me out of the game a little when I see a power guy at the top of the order. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

I simmed all the way to Oct 1 and had no problems. I started up the game on Oct 1 to see if it would freeze, I had no issues. I guess what I will try to do is save twice after every game on two separate files, then if need be, sim past the date which is causing the freeze.

Kind of lame, but I don't want to start over. I'm really hoping not to lose my music either.

Time will tell.

Are people having this crash problem with Franchises already started before the patch, or after patch franchises? I started a franchise after the patch, and simmed like 3 years to justmess with things, and everything seemed fine.

Knight posted that his v1 - v3 rosters WILL have issues if you have installed the patch. His v4 - v6 rosters work only with the patch. So you might need to start over if you keep having issues.
