I wanted to say this, dang you!

Anyway....this is STILL a great game, bumps and bruises and all.

I agree it is **** up when things don't work the way you want them, but after awhile you just have to take the good with the bad and also, realize it is just a video game. They will always have problems.

Good for you, but not everyone has been so lucky. Some people have a good deal of progress that they don't want to have to delete. I can totally see where The Chef is coming from with this. A patch should never ever screw up existing saves. That's like rule number one.

I am pretty sure that was not their plan. But I am sure it will get fixed.

This is a lot of information to wade through. So is the verdict that the lineup and 60 day DL issues will not be fixed.

Its not getting fixed, plain and simple. Russell himself finally addressed it with the post that I quoted initially and if they were going to fix it they certainly wouldnt be telling people to start their franchises over, that would make no sense at all. Face it, we got hosed if we had pre-patch franchises so other "important" things could get fixed. Do I believe they set out to do this on purpose? Of course not, Im not an idiot. Is it a huge letdown to hear that they are in essence doing nothing to resolve this problem? Yes it is.

I suppose I can understand that, Russell. Even I don't really expect to see any player change from a C potential to an B potential in one weeks time. I do believe, however, that potential should have the ability to change during the year. I think 1 week is too short, however, it's possible a player's potential could change in a period of 2 -4 months. I think SCEA should at least be open to that possibility. If not, I hope you can explain the reasons why.

If there is away to do this with 1 controller i'd be glad to hear it.
You might be able to use a computer controller as the second controller if you have one of those. Could try the Ps3 remote too i guess.

I believe Rod_Carew had a one controller option but i don't know the link to the thread.
