I don't think so, it has full minors and guys like Millar and Jamie Walker.

I am talking about roster control on. When player transactions occur and i make the changes the lineups will get rearranged by the cpu.

They're still messed up with those. ARod is ok but there are lots of others. Check Billy Wagners save total. That's how I found out.
