I had to go all the way back to the first game of the 08 season to see him with thigh pads, I think its safe to say he is just missing a visor, black ankle and wrist tape and gloves and needs his thigh pads removed.

To the person who said he looks like a ballerina should take a look at more in game shots, he isn't very big.

I don't understand why people have to go on a crusade to tell everybody to not have some fun over something.

What good does that do?

Can't we just have fun? Isn't that why you come here... to have fun? That's why I come.

Re: Madden NFL 10 Screenshot (Peter Moore Blog)

I don't know if I'll ever understand how some want to dictate what others' response should be to good news.

It's been explained enough so I won't dive deep into it. But besides the prototype vids and informational blogs, this is our first look into Ian/Phil/Tiburon's words coming to fruition. Damn right fans have the right to be excited.

Obviously, many fans have not let go of gripes held from years' past. I'm sure we'll have gripes with this upcoming game in some form or fashion as well. But damn, get over it. There's no reward for, "I'm not getting excited until I get the game in my hands so there!" Besides Guilly's responses being a little over the top, I think everyone else has been cordial in their excitement. I don't think anyone went and made pre-orders off the strength of one screen. And if so, so be it.

There's already 66 pages worth of "getting to the screenshot"...

Amazing. I haven't been on the forums for about 18 hours and this happens?!

I know most of the details have been pointed out and many of them scruitinized. However, this screenshot should be taken for what it is - a beacon of hope for the Madden Franchise. The tagline for Madden 10 should be "Back To The Roots". If you take into consideration that the everything NFL is in the details; Ian and Co. are showing that they know this.

I have to say the most impressive detail included in the screenshot is the Steelers Logo on the sidelines (bench area) for the Super Bowl.

I don't know how many people care about Franchise more than Online but I am one of them.

In my view Ian gave a huge hint about Franchise Mode when he said it wasn't a 'Madden Moment' screenshot - this will be a SMALL sliver of what I think will be the biggest Franchise Mode overhaul in any game, ever.

Thanks to the EA Team for the dedication to bringing Madden back from the depths (at least in this screenshot).

Yo, I'm on Michael Young's blog and he said "Is taking more screenshots, and putting the final touches on tomorrows blog." This says about 3 hours ago, it's 12:50 est so yeah. Can't wait for that blog. Don't know if anyone else posted this some where.

Re: Madden NFL 10 Screenshot (Peter Moore Blog)

It baffles me how many guys come on here and say things like "why's everybody so happy about one screenshot?" or "I'm not gonna get all excited over one picture"....Who cares what you get excited about? And why do you care what other people get excited about? Live and let live.

If the screenshot is not impressive or doesn't move you in any way, than express your feelings about it and move on....Just don't tell other people how to feel about it.

End of my rant.....Carry on.
