oh yes i do agree gameplay is most important at this time, but i have seen you post the same question over and over in plenty of threads, and understand its your biggest gripe, but as i said alot of people would like to know but how many times can you say the same thing, that was all i meant by it, and if you know about 2k(baseball) they choose to ignore the questions we want asnweres to when it's not the answere we want to hear, not saying you don't know about their history, but i am a long time 2k fan and i do know this is the way they choose to handle these types of situations, lets hope it doesnt hold true this time

Steve...have you been tweaking the sliders on most of your games? And if so, any CPU steals?

any thoughts on variation on pitch speed based upon how long you pull back the right stick. Last year it was rather random.

I wonder if installing the game to the hard drive will eliminate what few framerate issues there appear to be.

With changed sliders? Remember last year they stole bases too, until you changed any slider setting.

Re: Major League Baseball 2K9 Hands-On Preview

If CPU hitters can't take a strike or swing at balls in the final version, it's not going to work for me.

If I can't walk because the computer will refuse to throw pitches out of the zone with 3 balls, it's not going to work for me.

The batter/pitcher part of baseball is 80% of the game. You. Can't. Skimp. On. That.

Last year it was similar about CPU never taking strikes. After using SFGiant's slider settings, they started taking strikes by the bunches. Even getting struck out looking. Same thing with CPU pitchers giving up walks. So I'm pretty hopeful that sliders will take care of that problem.
