Nope, it's already been sent off to PS3 and Microsoft.

We had a little setback over some version number thing, but that shouldn't take too long.

My best guess would be a week from Monday or Tuesday.

Is there a patch for the PS3? I haven't played this games since September, but if there has been a patch delivered for the PS3 I might give another try.

Yes the patch was released for both systems.
