Ninjak2,

Despite the bugs I am having a great time with the game and Codemasters have already stated that a patch is coming. Go ahead and open the game. Just do the following to avoid some of the major bugs:

-go directly to qualifying after practice to avoid the corrupt save (do not exit to paddock).
-change your pit strategy or pit late/early to avoid the pit bug.
-turn fuel simulation off (avoid different simulation of fuel load during race that makes AI much faster than you).

The only major inconvenience for me is the fuel simulation. I really want to play with that on but simply cannot. Otherwise I can easily deal with the work around until the patch comes.

Same here, online is pretty fun. I'm enjoying the game and CM is working on a patch, I'll probably wait to do my season when they patch it.

Not saying there aren't any bugs, but at least I can just run it and play online without issue.

PC Version:

Hey, there! In the meantime, I've been doing a bunch of Time Trials to see where I stack up against the rest of the crowd. Hit me up with a friend request so that I can load up your ghost!

Yep PC version and I'm already ahead of you. Have sent the friend request already. It shouldn't be too hard to figure it was from me.

That's assuming I spelled your name right.

For those of you that have the PC version, here is a fix for the yellowish tint. Just download and extract to your F1 root folder, then you can enable or disable it by hitting Shift+F12

Np prob Shadows. It really does sharpen everything, and takes that haze look away. They have also released new driving cam views, and have cracked the game. They can change the textures, change the signs at the track....and are working on importing other cars into the game. They are pretty confident that they will be able to mod almost everything about the game.
