I'm really excited about how well Nikita Kucherov is playing. He has looked like a NHL caliber player since he got called up. It's also nice to see Tyler Johnson playing well. TB is going to have a logjam at forward next season. I wouldn't be surprised if Brett Connolly or Richard Panik are traded soon.

Jesus. The Leafs' faulty toaster showed more personality than anyone in 24/7. What a bunch of dullards.

On the plus side, all those empty seats in Florida sure looked pretty in HD!

As a Wings fan, I wasn't expecting a lot of personality to come out of the Wings dressing room - maybe Datsyuk (who has a wicked sense of dry humour) and Abby, but I don't think there's a lot of big personalities on that team.

That whole "spontaneous" conversation among the young Detroit players about how awesome Datsyuk is was sooooo fake. You could practically read their thoughts: "Don't talk about strip clubs and puck bunnies, don't talk about strip clubs and puck bunnies..."

The funny thing is, I dislike wandering around Granville Street on Friday/Saturday nights because most dudes there remind me of Milan Lucic.

Agreed. The Wings aren't the most TV-friendly bunch of guys, and they're going to have to really work to make it interesting. But I don't mind if people think the wings are dullards...we ain't dating, here.

Anyone going to the Winter Classic? I would totally 100% normally go, but I have business in Pasadena this New Year's....
