Right, it's just a difference in opinion. And I totally respect y'alls opinions on the matter, I just like to debate sometimes and the Offseason is unbearably long haha.


I don't watch solely for the result, I watch because the game is exciting and I love every aspect of it. It just hurts a game a bit, for me, for it to be great back and forth and then... just done, no finish.


I'll be honest, I definitely enjoyed the one tie the Huskies had last Season. But that was because, in addition to being a GREAT game, it clinched a 3 Point Weekend for us.

I think 3-on-3 would definitely produce a quick winner in college hockey. Especially for teams (like the Gophers) who play on the Olympic sheet.

I'd actually be interested to see how that would work out.

Although I'm sure college coaches would never allow that, due to the weekend series set up.

On that note, I really hope they don't mess with that. Leave it on Fridays and Saturdays!!! There has already been some rumblings that the B1G may want hockey on weeknights. I believe the Gophers only have 1 or 2 series this season that aren't on Friday/Saturday. I'll be really annoyed if there's any more than that in the future.
