Week 6: Oakland Raiders (1-3) @ Atlanta Falcons (5-0)

The struggling Raiders come into town to face a Falcons team who has been struggling lately. It took two 4th quarter drives by Matt Ryan to secure wins against the Panthers an Redskins.

The Falcons lead the Raiders in just about every offensive an defensive statistical category. The Falcons weakness right now is the run defense, which has taken a step back with the departure of MLB Curtis Lofton. They will need McFadden (2.7ypr avg) to get on track if they are to take advantage of it. Otherwise the game will fall on Palmers shoulders which is an advantage for the Falcons defense who feast on causing turnovers.

The Falcons are at home an I expect them to put together a complete game an dominate the Raiders from start to finish. Falcons win by 20+ points.

Raiders are something like 5-21 in EST away games all time, this is their 2nd of 5 this season. On paper looks to be a fun game to watch unless you're a Raiders fan. Agree w/ the 20+ margain for the Falcons.

Only way Raiders keep it close is to grind it out and have long drives resulting in TDs, and forcing some Atlanta mistakes. If they fall behind early it won't be close though.

The Raiders would LOVE to be struggling the way the Falcons are, supposedly. I'm sure 20+ other teams would like to have the Falcons' 'struggles' as well.

Just because you found ways to win doesn't mean you aren't struggling or playing a complete game.

Yerppp. The INT at the start of the game and the slow running game now is killing. That Roddy White TD needs to give em that jump!

No team plays a complete game every week. In any case, I think 'struggling' is a stretch for a 5-0 team w/ an MVP candidate at QB.

Granted Ryan hasn't looked that good thus far today.
