These two teams are pretty much in the opposite places that people thought they would be at the start of the season. Who thought the Bucs would be 6-3 after 9 games and that Josh Freeman would be the real deal? Who thought the 49ers would be in last place at this point? I sure didn't have any idea of either of these things.

Anyway, the 49ers are 3 point favorites in this one and the over/under is 41.5 points.

I'll take the Bucs +3 and the over in this contest.

Frank Gore will get his, but I think the Bucs can pull out a close one.

Bucs need this win big time since we head to Baltimore the next week and can't afford to be 6-5 heading down the home stretch. 7-4 at that point though and the playoffs are well within reach with Washington, Detroit and a home game vs Atlanta on the horizon.

Yep.

Even though the Bucs are 6-3 right now, this is almost a must win game to stay alive in the playoff race.
