This team has fight, in every game they lose it in the last five minutes. they will prob draft lineman and defense next year its hard to watch a team lose like this 4 weeks in a row.

Yes it is hard, but I'd rather see them lose like this then to see them getting blown out. At least they are now competitive. Means that a turnaround may not be that far away.

Re: Week 9: Bears @ Bills

One of the best kept secrets in the NFL is the Bills haven't been this awful the last 10 years. Yes, we've missed the playoffs. But check out our final records the past 10 years. You'll see a few 7-9's, 8-8's, and a 9-7. We only lost double digit games three times. So we're not quite with the Lions run of futility, we've just been so extremely average to below average, and that's why we're all so frustrated. Because we consistently get a 10th overall pick, just out of reach of all the top prospects and a dangerous area to be because you're likely going to overvalue a guy if your main man has already been taken.

This may be the easiest to swallow 0-8 ever. Because there's a good crop of QB's coming out and we're lining ourselves up to get one. Now if the Bills want to be the Bills, they'll win their next 8 games but still miss the playoffs and get a 10-15th overall pick again.

its a good crop but i don't think they should draft a high qb i like fitz its their line and corners and lbs . I think they can do some damage in the offseason and draft. offensively i like the pieces they have that line needs to get better also once again some of their better defensive backfield players are hurt.

They're making a pittance compared to the integrity they lost by shipping games to a town that doesn't give a damn about the Bills.

The LA stuff is just FUD.

Muggins I understand your frustration there and also the players made comments about it. Sadly, Toronto is a front runner town in that you have to be the "IT" team or at the very least a winning team to get people's attention. However there's another aspect to this that you may not know about and that is, for many many years a lot of people in the Toronto area were Lions and Bears fans long before they were Bills fans. It's just the culture though I will agree with you that it was pitiful how it turned into a quasi road game for the Bills.

Unless, of course, you're the Maple Leafs.

That goes without saying.
