ESPN going over the list of 7th round gems, they list off about 5 and skip over one of the most recent.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft Thread

Cowboys' final pick is a running back who is too slow to play lead back and too weak to play fullback. Booyah.

Wonder why we didn't address the secondary more, Kendric Burney and Deandre McDaniel are still available according to NFL.com...

Re: 2011 NFL Draft Thread

I like Scott out of maryland. He did some great things in his last bowl game. Maybe we finally drop Reese's man crush over danny ware and let him go.

EDIT: I am actually very very ecstatic about Scott. He can turn out to be an amazing gem out of the 7th round if he can stay healthy. The giants need to get faster at the RB position especially. (Bradshaw isn't breakaway fast)

But several very productive seasons.

People forget about what he did in Denver before McDaniels took over. He was a steal in the 7th round.

Is 2 "several"?

He was awesome last year, was productive in his rookie year (343 rush yards, 5 TD's, 179 receiving yards, 1 TD), but sandwiched in the middle is a season of 13 carries for 54 yards with 1 TD and 4 receptions for 19 yards.
