He hit some, but that’s easier to do when you’ve been wide open all game already shooting like 80% lol.

Boston had somebody “very tight” on him for 1 shot a game, and zero shots outside of 10+ft.. they only had 1 game out of 7 where they even contested his shots from 10+ft “tight” (2-4ft).. dude was open or wide open on nearly 70% of his shots in the series.

Boston treated pretty much everyone but Jimmy and Bam like scrubs and it backfired. I was saying that during the games. Whatever game it was Martin went off they were just watching. He hit step backs where dudes just let him have the step back.

Re watching the game again. Denver just got waaaaaaaay too many easy points in the paint to start the game.

I do wonder what adjustments Spo change will be for game 2. Will he start Love? Probably not. Feels like an effort problem. Especially when getting back.

Anyway, I don't think there is much Miami can do save for playing bigger, using the zone defense more sporadically, and hoping their shooters make open looks.

Denver is a really bad matchup for them and have already played two similar teams (Phoenix & Los Angeles) with few issues.
