This hurts my head. According to an ESPN Sportscenter update I just saw on tv, Melo is quoted as saying 'he'll have to take a long hard look at signing the extension' if he isn't traded by the deadline.

Well ESPN also said that it's more likely that Melo does a sign and trade like Bosh did during the off-season rather than getting traded mid-season.

If the holdup is NY not wanting to put in Gallo or Fields, someone should get fired, some of my fellow Knick fans fall in love with role players, overstating their value, for Carmelo anyone not named STAT can get shipped off to Denver
