Only a 5 game series so not a chance. Aside from that. Ive said all year we would make playoffs then lose the ALDS. Not after tonight. Its this teams destiny to win it all i think.

I think it goes 5 games, but see the Royals coming out on top. What a game last night.

Re: 2014 ALDS: Kansas City Royals v. Los Angeles Angels

First, Chaos81 I thought of you all last night. You must've been a total wreck at times watching the game. I know you're one of the true blue KC Royals fans here so I was very happy to see the game end the way it did. I hope you don't mind that i'm on the Royals bandwagon this postseason

I'm heavily rooting for KC but the Angels are the better team on paper. I think we saw the blueprint for the Royals to have success last night. They're going to need to get runners on base and use the threat and execution of the running game to throw Angels pitchers' off their rhythm. I think Game 1 is the key here. The Royals will need to win it or at the very least be ultra competitive if they hope to win this series.

I'm gonna go with my gut instead of my brain and say Royals in 5.
