If you go to their website and scroll all the way down to the white box that says "Coming Summer 2017", it has all the platforms this game will be available for. Both the XBOX and Playstation Logo is showing in that banner.

Yeah I asked on the latest video talking about Physics in regards to a video on Franchise Mode. One of the devs replied and said they were adding Free Agency, Trades and the Draft with 2018 being the year to overhaul franchise. Add in the amazing customization options, man this game is going to be good this year. Def support Axis because out of all the new non licensed games coming out, Axis is looking to be the real deal.

Ive heard stories where other companies would buy out a dev company just to stop production of said game.



Ex im making bbq sause. everyone like sit heinz approaches me and says we like your bbq so much well pay you 5 millon for it. Knowing i wouldnt make 5 millon until 10 yrs i jump at the chance to at 5 millon.

heinz then pays me i lose the company and recipe and heinz then goes cool well not use this but its gone

Not sure why that would be relevant here. That's typically an acquihire, acquiring a company for their development resources.

If this game is scheduled for release in August and we just got Madden 18 news, I imagine more information will be released shortly. Considering they still have to talk about additions to Franchise Mode(one Dev said they added Trades, FA, Draft) and whatever else they want to talk about before release.
