Any game with custom playbooks online?

Hey guys, I'm wondering if there has ever been a football game that allows you to use custom playbooks (with user-created plays) online. I can't find any.

well theres this game called Maximum Football(i play it all the time) and you cant play online, but there are tons of playbooks made by people out there and you can create any play you want. it has a Play Development System in it, so you can make any playbook however you want.
The whole game is fully customizable and theres quite a few mods out there for it. Thing is its $40, so its a little pricey.(and graphics arent good but it plays are darn good game of football)
