Another great Throwback Thursday selection. Man, were 90's arcade sports games awesome or what? NBA Jam: Tournament Edition is probably still welded into my SNES cartridge port, I'm pretty sure it's the only hoops game where you can play as members of Sonic Youth.

NBA Jam On-Fire Edition was also a really great game for previous gen. If anyone still owns a 360 or PS3, it's totally worth hooking up with that game. Great selection of current players and legends, plus mascots!

My favorite old-school Jam duo was probably Johnson and Mourning on the Hornets. Great dunk potential, not to mention those unis.

On fire edition really did capture the original for me and the additions to the rosters were top notch.

For me one of the best games series ever.

Fun, addictive... plenty to do...

I'd love a new version

Another shout out to Arch Rivals. A game I spent many hours playing with Brawl State and Mohawk. Didn't know same company did both games.

It's an awesome game. I had NBA on NBC for the n64 (which was NBA jam just 3D). My brother and I played a that game a ton! On fire edition is great and still play it today.. just wish the rosters were updated
