College Hoops 2k14 or College Hoops 15?

Just curious what other people think. Will there be a college basketball game for the PS4 or XBOX 720? I would think there would be.

It comes down to if publishers see enough demand for the game. At this rate, I'm not so sure it's happening with NCAA licensing being so expensive. It's one of those things that personally I wish to have, but I just do not see happening in the current environment.

But I would love 2k to come back and do it.

Before I go to bed every night I pray for a new game lol and then dream of what it could be. Imagine what this game would look like on the new consoles..

I wish 2K Sports could at least update their current game, i.e., give us 2013-14 schedules, re-align all the conferences, etc. I've actually simmed my owned dynasty to the current season and edited all the power conferences. The rosters are only 80% accurate (because of the player classifications) but I cannot, for whatever reason, download rosters and start playing from the 2007-08 season.

I still don't understand: if the licensing cost is the big sticking point, why doesn't the NCAA just reduce the licensing fee? Isn't some money from video game licensing better than the $0 they are receiving now?

It's because the NCAA is a bunch of hypocritical egomaniacs. It's not about the money; it's more about preventing video game makers from profiting off their student-athletes' "likeness." Yeah, we still have an NCAA Football game, but for how much longer?

Of course, it's perfectly okay for the NCAA to profit off jersey sales. Yeah, they don't put the name on the back of the jersey, but there's a reason you saw "Indiana #40" jerseys in stores this year instead of "Indiana #35." Maybe it's just me but I don't see the difference.
