New PS2 owner - what games should I buy?

I just picked up a PS2 from a co-worker yesterday. I have a PS3, but never had a PS2 to play some of the classics (ok....I wanted to play FF X, FFX-2, and FF XII). However, I was wondering what other PS2 games I should pick up. I got a crapload of sports games with the system (and bought NFL 2k5 just to see what the fuss was) and I have my PS3 for that anyways.

I already have the PS3 HD versions of God of War, Silent Hill, Metal Gear, Ico/Colossus, Devil May Cry, and Splinter Cell.

What else should I consider purchasing? I love RPGs and Adventure games with strong story lines. Can you fine folks help out?

Also, thoughts on the best PS2 versions of Madden and NCAA Football (I got a bunch of them)?

Rogue Galaxy was one of my favorite Rpg's of the last generation. Kept my PS2 just to play it. Plus any of the Dragon Quest games.

There used to be a pretty good thread for this. You may want to seach for that. I would post a link but hard to do on the Blackberry.
Also you may want to check your local Best Buy. I think I saw where they put most if not all of there used PS2 games down to 99 cents. Maybe you can find a hidden gem.

First of all, if you own all of those other PS3 HD Collections, you need to get the Ratchet and Clank collection. It would be the first one I would buy.

I bought a PS2 basically just to play JRPGs as the Xbox was for sports except for baseball of course. These are, in my opinion, the best:

Persona 3: FES
Persona 4
Dragon Quest VIII
Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne
Shadow Hearts: Covenant

These are really good:

Xenosaga (particularly if you like the hearty cutscene/gameplay split of FFX)
