They have already competed with them. Look at how many copies they have sold. Releasing a map pack now or in 3 weeks will have no impact I believe on competing with BF2.

Oh man this game has frustrated me the past two days, I haven't had time in the past week or so and I feel like each time I go on a streak some unfortunate and annoying thing happens...have my predator missile, put a claymore down as I change to another class...the guy runs through it and commandos me...and that happened twice with the claymore, luckily 2nd time I wasn't on a streak. This isn't really much, but I was so annoyed, I was 5-0..make that 5-4-0, switching classes, get knifed, could've had my harrier and all of that before but my team was stealing my kills legitametly. Not like we were both shooting at them, they come around the corner right before I put my last bullet or two into them.

The knifing system in this game is just so whacked. In CoD4 it actually took some skill to knife somebody, but here, I'm not even going to mention Commando or I might start flipping out..... but even without Commando, it's much easier to knife some one.

WaW had it perfect...even bayonet, it could only be stabbed instead of a whole swooping motion. I wish they had it like I said a while back...something like 1 stab from the back and two stabs from the front. Or people actually slowed down when getting hit by bullets, or both.

yeah, im in the same boat now as many others. I'm getting really fed up with some aspects of the game. Knifing is the top of the list. How in the world i can be shooting at someone and they charge me with a knife and kill me. Now, I do understand that there are different parts of the body i can be hitting, but it doesn't even stun them.

So, 10 bullets wont kill, but one knife will. Why is it someone can still knife me when being riddled with bullets, but then if im getting riddled with bullets, its really hard to throw a grenade. Just some things that don't make sense.

The air support is overdone in the game. Way too powerful. The spawn points can be quite annoying sometimes since often you end up spawning right where the enemy is sometimes.
