Good Team to Rebuild

Hey guys! I have a question. I have decided to start a new career. But I want to be able to have a poor team. Name a couple of teams with 1. A good cap room. 2. That the difficulty is either Hard or Very Hard. 3. That there roster talent is Poor or Very Poor. Thanks! Leave your suggestions below and I dont care about a playbook. DONT SAY THE RAIDERS!

Dolphins have a horrible roster and a ton of cap room after you cut the waste.
So do the Falcons and the Panthers.

Those aside, the Redskins are my perennial recommendation for a challenge for those who "don't want the raiders". I've tried the redskins, and they're brutal.

I also like finding out which teams suck the worst after the 2008 season and going with one of them. I got the bears this last time around doing that.

The Chiefs are a good team to rebuild, especially if you want to wheel and deal for a bunch of draft picks

If you want to wheel and deal for a bunch of draft picks every single team is easy to rebuild. I fail to see how you could call anything that little challenging a rebuild.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I have decided to go with the Redskins. I may post a thread about my first season. Thanks!

the other fun part about the redskins... NFC east. one of the toughest divisions in the game. you never have an easy schedule.

One of the harder divisions to run the ball in
