Choosing Draft Paths

I think what Josh may have meant is that it's determined when you start the career, but if you back out before the draft path is "set in stone" (i.e. the Wednesday during the last week before regular season) then it will cycle through to one of the other paths until you save the game after the point of no return.

that does seem to mesh with my experiences. I do not recall ever getting the same draft class twice in a row during the reload-and-try-again method being discussed. I've received the same draft class in an attempt to get a specific one, but not twice in a row... not that I recall anyway.

To clarify, let's say I wanted the Jones draft. I have seen occurrences like: English (reset), sweetney (reset), English (reset), Zazelli (reset), English (reset), Jones.

I've certainly received the same draft class show up as the default twice in a row between consecutive franchises, but that's a side topic.

I have played like 15 different careers and keep resetting and the only draft class i have ever gotten is the Jones one.
