Vanderbilt QB in the Alex Hurst draft

Has anyone noticed that the guy rated right behind Hurst (from Vanderbilt, but has a generic name that's always different, usually picked between 10 and 20) is actually better than him? I use the Field General philosophy, and he has a 98 potential compared to Hurst's 97. When fully developed, he has 98 throw power, 99 throw accuracy, 99 awareness, and has speed/agi/accel in the mid 70's.

Hurst fully developed has 95 throw power, 99 throw accuracy, 98 awareness, and speed/agi/accel in the low 60's.

The only advantage Hurst has on this guy is his learning and durability, which aren't that much better. Anybody drafted this dude before?

I totally missed that guy when I did the draft for that year. What was his player comparison?

It was Billy Volek, which really threw me off at first. But I saw he had a better arm than Hurst, and since I was picking around 18, I had no shot to get Hurst barring a massive trade up which I really didn't want to do. I decided to bring him in for an individual workout for the hell of it and he had the exact same potential as Hurst did after his workout (98).
