With Dungy retiring today, does that mean I can win coach of the year now?

I have gone through 4 franchises - 10 years each, and have yet to win coach of the year. I know pretty sad, maybe it's just that I am not that good of a coach. My record on average is between 13-3 and 10 - 6. My team of choice is the Chiefs.

I've only ever won it once, and if I recall correctly, that was at the end of my second season. I was coaching the Niners and I believe I went 12-4 and won the superbowl. I think I even went undefeated the next year after that, and still did not win it. I'm not sure what kind of miracle some other coach pulled off in order to win the award over me, having taken a losing team to an undefeated season in just three years, but it must have been something spectacular.

Oh and I am still in my first career. I think I am in the year 2018 now or something like that. I coached the Niners for a few years, then the Bengals for a few years, and am currently coaching the Chargers. I've been spending 3-4 yrs with a team then once it gets too easy I leave them and find a new team to coach.

I went 15-1, the colts were 12-4, beat them in the AFC championsip game with the browns, and finished 3rd in COY one year.
