Holding calls being Declined??

This may have been mentioned before, but has anyone else noticed on Kickoffs (and only Kickoffs) that if your team is receiving the ball and during the run back you happen to get a Holding penalty, that the CPU will ALWAYS decline it..??

I mean, you can run it back to say the 50 yd. line, get a Holding penalty, and the CPU will decline it..!!

WTF is all that about? Any way to stop this from happening?

Yea, it happens on special teams. I think if you open the penalty item rather than dismiss it, the opposing team will take the penalty.

I always open up the penalty item, even if it is against me. This way the CPU will make the right decision.

the cpu will sometimes make the wrong decision regardless of whether you open it or not. there have been a couple of times where they have scored a touchdown but then accepted a penalty against me, thereby undoing the touchdown.
