I just chatted with "Amber" over at EA. She mentioned she doesn't really know what's going on, and if it will continue to be supported. She was pretty transparent with her answers of not knowing exactly what's going on. She mentioned there have been a lot of chats/calls regarding it, showing it is an issue to many gamers. Hopefully that encourages a fix.

She was honest and said what we all kind of know, that there is not a dedicated team of support for NCAA 14 anymore. This obviously means it is kind of put on the backburner, and gets fixed if/when they have time to get to it. It's a harsh reality, but we knew that at this point.

The big thing she mentioned is that the site is maintained at this point by the madden team. Madden just came out, and they're constantly doing online tournaments etc etc. For this reason, it's pretty clear WHY this issue is yet to be resolved. We may have to somewhat ride out the madden buzz before there is a fix.

For anyone who does chat with them aside from me, I kind of figure it's always good to point out you're part of a community that loves the game and wants to keep it going. Just a slight gesture to hopefully tug at heart-strings to keep it up, if it's ever on the chopping block. Granted it's EA, so a "heart-string" may not actually be attached to anything lol
