Need help adding Teambuilder Slots XBox 360

Forgive the dumb question...but I have tried and can't figure out how to add slots for NCAA Football 14. When I select 'add slots,' no option to purchase appears. I can only 'cancel.' Please help. Thank you.

I was able to purchase the extra slots however they do not appear in the teambuilder area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The extra slots allow you to download up to 120 teams on your console. The slots don't visually show up in the TeamBuilder area on the console. It just allows you to download more than the original 12 slots that you were given with the game.

You are still limited to a maximum of 12 teams in a dynasty, so you can choose which 12 you want out of all your TeamBuilder schools.

Plus, all the schools you downloaded will be available to play now.

I thought the purchase worked but it did not. I am still looking for a way to get the extra slots.

I am having the same problem, can't add more slots.

I don't think any of the in-game purchases work anymore. People have asked about a workaround for uniform packs as well to no avail
