Will the pipeline states ever change based on active recruiting?

Say Florida is a pipeline but I get more players from Jersey...will it adjust?

I'd imagine this would happen. It has been like that in the past where if you recruit 5 players from a given state it will become a pipeline state.

Yes. I'm not sure about the exact number, but I started to see changes afer a couple of seasons.

This is true. I'm in year 5 with Bowling Green teambuilder and have lost California and Illinois as pipeline states but have gained Texas and Florida after recruiting several players from those states in years past. I've also had Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania from the start of the dynasty.
