Matching Coaches With Offensive Playbooks

So, as the game gets older and older, most teams default playbooks are not what they run now. This thread is meant to match each coach/team with the in-game playbook that most accurately reflects their current style. I've studied each of these teams playbooks to the best of my ability and I feel that these are the playbooks that reflect what they run on Saturdays. I'll update the list as I continue my research.

I think Mark Dantonio's default MSU playbook in the game should stay the same. There offense hasn't changed at all really in 3 years

I also have a smashmouth Spread playbook which is basically identical to what Clemson runs in real life after studying them.

Bama runs a Power spread too atm. I could post it if you want

Well, I'm just posting in-game playbooks, so this won't be updated with custom playbooks unfortunately. Obviously none of these are identical to what these teams actually run, but I think they're pretty close as far as formations go.

As for Michigan State, their playbook has a little too much read option and speed option which they don't really run with regularity. They also have that Maryland-I formation that MSU hasn't run in a few years. I think Rutgers' playbook matches their formations better and takes out some of the read option that is in the default MSU playbook.

What playbook book should we give Kiffin's current scheme?

I gave him Miami OH playbook. I know I gave it to a few teams, but it's the closest thing to the Alabama offense. Colorado State's playbook is likely a better fit, but it has the wildcat in it and Bama just doesn't run wildcat, so I didn't want to use it. I don't know what Sark will run, but I envision it being similar to Kiffin's playbook.

I know that they don't coach in CFB, but I have some kind of fantasy dinasty, what would Josh McDaniels, Les Miles and B. MCAdoo run? Your help would be great and great work here, thanks for keeping the community alive

Sure man, I'll do some work and see what playbooks best match them. It might take me around a week to do some experimenting.
