I am very particular about how my Teambuilder team looks, so there are a few things I've encountered that tick me off.

1) Assign Nike, UA, Adidas, or Russell to the uniforms; shoes, gloves etc included. I hate wasting a slot for the logo to make the team look more realistic.

2) Ability to edit equipment thru the online website, since we cannot edit it in game unless we are in dynasty mode.

3) More customization across the board, ie helmet designs, jersey designs...being able to put logos in the new places like above the name on the back of the jersey or school name down the pant leg or on the top of the pant back. stuff like that

4) Ability to make a custom stadium and field. I know this wouldn't be hard to do on the internet, its capabilities are basically limitless. Also, I'd like to be able to add to the stadium in the off season of my dynasty if they could make a reward system somehow.

5) Ability to set a place for specific logos. On the jersey, I'd like to have a set up like this: Upper left, conference logo; collar, team logo; upper right, manufacturer logo; bottom right, bowl patch logo. (I hate when i get to a bowl game and the bowl patch covers one of my logos! ) Then for the stadium, I'd like to decide the placement of the conference logo, maybe even stadium name like OK State.

I'm out of ideas for right now. The current teambuilder is 3 years old (basically nothing new was added this year), so its time for some additions and modifications to keep the customer base coming. I know that if this feature isn't improved drastically, I will not be patronizing next years title.

Ncaa 13 isnt comming out anytime soon but still EA if your reading these post please just fulfill what we want!

Anyway here is my list, its basically what everyone else said but my idea.

HELMETS
-Gloss, Matte, Matalic: Noble Evildoer posted this and i completely agree with this, PLEASE add this in, because i want a matte finish to my helmets.

Size of numbers on helmets: EA needs to give us a option to scale it to the size we want, weather its big or small.

More Stripes: we need more presets for this, its the 3rd year and nothing new was added.

misc: add numbers on the back of the helmets, flags, conference patch. Also Give us the Ability to add our Name to the front and back of the helmets IE: Texas longhorns have 'Longhorns' on the back of theirs.

JERSEYS
More Alternates: Give us 3 Alternate Jerseys Oregon has like 100 Alternates so why cant out TB team have at least 3?

More Templates: Like i said 3yrs and nothing new. Throw in a bunch of new Templates for TB, we will be happy.

Pro Combat Templates: This will be a very cool feature if you guys throw in about 10-20 Templates For Pro Combat Unis. IE:http://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images...jpg?1259090782

More Pants: Add like 2-3 more
More Templates: Self explanatory

EQUIPMENT/OTHER
Sponsorship: Add sponsors to the TB. we really want:Nike, Adidas, Underarmor, Russel logos on our jerseys,pants, and shoes.

Let us change our socks, sleeves, gloves, etc. To our Primary and or Secondary color.

More room to type in our School Name: I want to add 'University', 'College' 'State' etc. In My school name so why do we have a limit on what to type?

Let us get more in depth when changing our roster and coaches.

More Stadium Templates: Give us more templates, When playing dynasty Let the stadium(and show the upgrade) upgrade. We cannot Stress that enough and still EA hasn't attempted to try it.

Give the TB site a complete Overhaul. i think EA can make the site more better so we can make our teams very accurate. if they tried to

A few things, some probably have been mentioned:
-Rivals, at least 2. This is very annoying. Let's say you want to create your favorite school (for now, since they are a good example, Mich State) because the team is A. Far better than anticipated, and B. Introducing new components, like a uniform, stadium, or logo. So you go in, do all the things you want, and you replace the team in Dynasty. You look at information, rivals, all that... and you see Penn State. Not Notre Dame, not Michigan, Penn State. Granted, you're glad you did get Penn State, instead of Indiana, but it's certainly no Michigan. Yeah, you still play them, and it is fun, but something's amiss. You should be able to set the rivals for this reason.
-A third logo. Sometimes I don't even need two, but often two seems like too little.
-Stadiums. It was very cool to be able to set this up on the PS2, even if you couldn't add anything really awesome to make it your own. Now, you have just a few generic ones to choose from, and a whole bunch with some signs, logos, and even a whole scoreboard devoted to the owner of that stadium. It makes things seem less like yours.
-Manufacturers' logos need to be chosen from. Maybe on the logo screen, maybe when you start up Teambuilder so EA will get more money for selling advertising to their pals at Nike. Just give us the logos to put on the uniforms.
-Fields. As much as I hate the colored fields, like EWU, but we all know that one of these days, Oregon will roll out a neon yellow field with the black outline of their neon yellow O. Give us a few options here. The endzones should also be allowed to have: script logos that WE have the option to upload, our school's logo, slashes, checkerboards, sideline colors, and all that fun stuff we see in college football.
-Conference logos. One of the coolest little details is looking at a uniforms and fields to see a conference logo on it in that teams' colors. It's another simple thing to add that'll make our teams look better.
-Mascots. Those being the generic sort, like a walking horse we can choose to put a jersey on. Or a tiger with nothing. Just give us more than what we have.
-Rosters. There are many "Ground Attack" style teams. There are many "Air it Out" style teams. Give us sliders to control our teams strengths and weaknesses. For example, one for QBs and Receivers, one for RBs, one for TEs and FBs, one for O-Line, and so on, from secondary players to kickers. It'll look just like the Program sliders with academics and stuff.

-Here's all the uniform stuff that's specific to certain parts:
Helmets
They need to feel more authentic. They all have the same shine to them, which isn't all that common in this day and age. Oregon and Oklahoma State use matte looks, a lot of schools have more glittery helmets than others, and they don't all look the same in real life. I get if EA can't do this, but how about helmet stickers? As in, on the back? I've always found this very confusing that you can't put a little fake text box, numbers, and the US flag on the back. And there's the Nike crowd, who wants to give another ugly Pro Combat uniform - although a few look good, most don't - to teams with classic looks, like USC, or teams that wouldn't get them, like Buffalo.
Jerseys
There is a very wide selection of jerseys to choose from, but again, in this age, there are ideas popping up all the time. Look at Oregon in one year. I don't expect you to pull stuff out of were other things come out of, but I do expect more fonts for numbers and the text on the front of uniforms. Names should get fonts, too.
Pants
Third pair of pants. Often, this is superfluous, but creating a real team with a white, a primary-colored, and a secondary-colored pair of pants is something pretty simple to do. Also, a wider selection of designs, and a belt color not called white might be nice.
Socks & Shoes
There really isn't much to say here. Just give us the option of color.

These are many demands, but it's certainly not impossible to do some, EA. Or are you guys going to add next to nothing for a fourth straight year?

-Ability to edit coach's appearance.

-Ability to create stadiums, or offer more generic options. More options for endzone art, or lack thereof (slashes, checkers, what have you).

In terms of uniform customization:

-I would like to see more options that cater to the "throwback" style. I'd like have helmets and jerseys that sport the early '60s number fonts as opposed to just the brickish, varsity style similar to Alabama's. In fact, I'd like to have fonts that go even further back than that (for example, the 1940's style font Ohio State used for their combat uniforms in 2010).

-I'd also like to have the option to have the numbers on one side of the helmet only or on the back of the helmet, or just wherever the heck I want, and the ability to adjust the size of the numbers.

-More stripe and layout styles that hearken back to the old days. Michigan's uni against Notre Dame this year was pretty cool. I'd like to be able to give my team something similar.

-The ability to use existing team's uniforms as a template and then apply our own school's colors.

-A pool of generic mascots.

-Manufacturers logos.

-Basically everything everyone else has listed.
