I am talking within the ultimate team mode... I think the whole Ed Obannon lawsuit is ridiculous. But I was just curious on the regulation of it.

So is it okay that after a player graduates/turns pro to sell memorabilia with their name and such on it? I mean I dont want to see a Bo Jackson card in a Raiders jersey on this game. I am just wondering if it becomes legal once they graduate. and when they graduate do they receive the royalties for it directly?

All these players are in the NFLPA or have direct deals with EA to have their image and name used in game.

I wish they did have the green light to use any college player ever. The amount of cards would be in the millions. And this mode would be the funnest mode ever. Have all the players that never made it to the NFL. That would be sweet.

There's a lot of players they could have in the game but don't, I don't understand.
