Im not getting the rip option on my 360. Where is it? im using mp3. I am using CD-R.

They can NOT be MP3's. You have to burn the CD as a regular music cd. It can NOT be an MP3's disk

That was my problem too. I re-ripped as an audio cd and it worked fine.
