This is a 2022-23 roster file and updates are for said season.

Sanders will be coaching Colorado for the 2023-24 season so that would be reflected on a new file.

Same (PS3) I keep getting unable to download. I usually can get up to 40% completed then it says "file transfer failed" what should I do?

There is a video you can search on youtube from BossHawg. Otherwise will try to do my best. Save any roster file from NCAA. On the main PS3 screen, find that roster under your saved data files. Copy that roster file into your USB drive. So if you click into your flashdrive on your PS3, you should see that roster you saved in there. Then unplug your flash drive, put it into a computer. Then you should see a PS3 folder on your drive. After, click on PS3 folder > saved data. last step is simply copying the offline roster from your flash drive into that saved data folder.
