Best way to update ncaa rosters xbox 360

I'm still working off the original NCAA 14 rosters and want to start fresh with these new rosters. It's still fun changing the sliders to make it more competitive but I want to play with more recent players.

Anyway what's the best method for getting updated rosters on my xbox 360. I've read through a few threads which mentioned using a USB but they also mentioned using a PC. Are there any solutions for mac users?

Not sure if modio program is made for mac so may not be possible. It has come up a few times, without a clear answer.

Direct method is best way:
You can download the roster thru your Xbox Live silver account online free under these gamertags:
(Some teams may not have been fully updated yet. 4 teams from the SEC are completed while preliminary work on final year players were marked(xxxx) or renamed on some teams & Vike's team will continue updating/tweaking them later as new information is received about incoming players in Summer/Fall.
