Hey bro, I can't speak for all editors, but I know I leave out most transfers (not grad transfers) if they are sitting the year out. I included one or two (Jamarius Henderson comes to mind) but largely, I opt to include players that will get playing time over transfers that are OFY. As much as I'd like T.V. Williams on Texas State with that atrocious receiving core they have, I included Thurman Morbley the freshmen who will play this year.

Also Anthony Jennings is on the roster. He is at Louisiana-Lafayette, not Louisiana-Monroe

While there were reports that Bradshaw left, it looks like he's back with the team now (Source). The rest of the players needing removal look good.
