Under the coaches tab there should be a column that says "CFUC" or it will say User Control.

Does anyone know of a locker with accurate 2015/2016 Rosters for PS3? Most of the ones I downloaded had already switched to 2016/2017.And the JoshC1977 was a mix of 2014 and 2015. Any help would be appreciated.
