WR Catch Ratings

I did a quick search but didn't see a thread where each rating was explained. I have a question about catch ratings in general. I'm sick of seeing the same few catch animations no matter where the ball is thrown. Rarely will a WR go get the ball instead they mainly do the generic catch animation regardless of how the ball is thrown to them.

So I was wondering if you roster editors knew if the SPC rating effects how often a Spectacular Catch is attempted and also Successful. Or hopefully does is just effect the attempt of the Spectacular Catch but the actual catch depends on the players catch rating?

I'm just hoping to have more catch animations triggered by raising WR SPC ratings and hopefully can adjust its success by the main catch slider.

I would ask it here. Both Playmakers and Gotmadskillzson have been studying the different sliders and what they do
